Unready for high office, Roberts showed his blithering incompetence.
Leading Opinion predicts a fight over whether or not a botched Oath of Office—precisely scripted in the Constitution—pre-empts Obama's ability to execute the office.
Republicans will not take the destruction of their fiendish evil lying down.

Can you imagine 3 years into his presidency and the Supreme Court decides to kick him out for messing up the oath? Fortunately, Obama took the oath again to make it "official".
